These databases are subscribed to by the University. Most of them contain some mathematics related content as well as computing, computer science and communications technology. Many of them give you full access to some or all of the content in them, but Web of Science is an index and only gives the abstracts of articles.

The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) provides access to full text articles of ACM journals, conference proceedings and publications of affiliated organisations. This database covers all aspects of computing and computer science including programming, computer architecture, operating systems, mobile and wireless computing, the internet and worldwide web, computer networks, management information systems, e-commerce, computer graphics, multimedia, human computer interaction and much more. It may also contain only summaries to some articles.
IEEE Xplore is the interface for IEL Online (IEEE/IET Digital library). This database provides full text access to all the IEEE and IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) journals, conferences and active IEEE standards. It gives access to worldwide quality technical literature in electrical engineering, electronics, communications technology, business management, computing and multimedia.

Subjects covered are accounting, banking, business, economics, finance, management, sales & marketing, logistics & transport. Contains full text of the Harvard Business Review from 1922. Datamonitor, Gartner and others provide market research, industry reports and company reports & SWOT analysis. The Economist Intelligence Unit provides some country reports.

According to the company, the platform has statistics on over 80,000 topics, covering Europe (with a focus on the United Kingdom), the United States and China, from more than 18,000 sources. Categorized into 21 market sectors, Statista.com provides companies, business customers, research institutions, and the academic community with direct access to quantitative data on media, business, finance, politics, and a wide variety of other areas of interest or markets.
