The Library Services team is here to assist London Met researchers with making your research publications available on Open Access. Open Access means that your research will be freely accessible at the point of use rather than requiring the reader or their institution/employer to pay for access.
Open Access publishing is now a requirement for journal articles to be eligible for the REF process and is also required by most external research funders as a condition of grant funding. These requirements are also due to be extended to book publications shortly.
The Library team also operates the London Met Repository for research outputs produced by London Met staff.
