At London Met University you have free access to Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendar. This will be your university email inbox- so make sure you check it regularly!
Go to office.com, sign in with your university email address and password, click the app launcher (9 dots in the top left hand corner) and select Outlook.

Teams is a popular software for online meetings. You may be invited to an online session using Teams at university. At London Met University you have free access to Microsoft Teams. Learning how to use Teams now means you will have the necessary skills for the workplace too.
The chat function within Teams is a great way to send messages to people across the university. It's also a great collaboration tool for working on a group assignments.
Select the down arrow to the far right of the To field and then type a name for the chat in the Group name field.
Type in the names of the people you’d like to add in the To field.
Within the group chat you can quickly and easily call everyone or schedule a future online group call.
To schedule a meeting with members of a chat, open the chat and select More options at the top of the chat. Then, select Schedule a meeting
