This accessibility statement applies to London Metropolitan University FAQs provided by Library H3lp FAQ - London Metropolitan University.   

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to: 

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings 
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen 
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard  
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software 
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

  • We have formed an Online Content Group who will oversee the accessibility of our online content within Library Services and Special Collections.
  • We are reviewing and updating our content to ensure it is accessible and will prioritise the areas of non-compliance.
  • We have an editorial guidelines site for anyone who edits online content which includes accessibility guidance throughout.
  • Support and training on creating accessible content is available to all staff.
  • Where there are issues with the platform, we will work with Library H3lp to find a solution.
