At London Met University you have free access to Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendar. This will be your university email inbox- so make sure you check it regularly!
To access:
Go to office.com, sign in with your university email address and password, click the app launcher (9 dots in the top left hand corner) and select Outlook.

When writing emails it's important to use appropriate language, tone and style. Just like the manners you show in face-to-face conversations, you should show the same in written email communication.
