These guides will help you to familiarise yourself with the two libraries (Aldgate and Holloway) and all the wonderful things they have to offer!
Holloway Road library is located in the Learning Centre (entrance on Hornsey Road).
Aldgate library is now located in the Wash Houses (entrance via Goulston Street).
Students based at Shoreditch are welcome to use either library. Print books borrowed from either library may be returned at Shoreditch. There is also a small collection of print journals at Shoreditch.
For library related support: please use library chat or email during opening hours for weekdays and weekends.
For basic library support outside of these hours: please use the Freshservice Support Portal for chat or phone 020 7133 4444.
This shared library and ITS out of hours support is an external service provided by Norman Managed Services (University of Northumbria at Newcastle).
For IT-related issues: IT TechSmart staff will be available in both libraries, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or please use their help page to log a job or chat with them online.
